We, the employees of Capita, are dismayed by the company’s refusal to enter into meaningful pay discussions or offer a pay increase for 2024 to hardworking staff. We wish to record a formal objection on this matter.
In the context of extremely low morale among employees, elevated costs of living, and growth in the company’s revenue, Capita’s attitude to its employees is especially cynical.
We have signed this petition to demand that senior management sit down with our CWU representatives without further delay to negotiate a pay increase for this year (2024) in good faith.
