The following Training Video covered the use of the Flightpath Calculator. It aims to explain how to convert the Unit’s final duty set for the revision hours into an end state and overall ‘Adjusted Office Target’ performance in WIPWH. It also explains how to establish the Unit’s ‘flightpath plan’ where agreed.
More details and information on the use of the Flightpath Calculator during the revision process are set out in the ‘Pre Start Up’ session, under the heading: Delivery Unit Data in line with the RM/CWU Agreed Guidance Setting Unit Performance and Model Week (Structural Revisions 2021).
DSA-DtS (Economy Product)
The following Training Video covers the issue of DSA-DtS Economy Product. It aims to explain the wider role of DSA-DtS Economy Product and how the additional ‘pre-set’ indoor hours linked to this new mail product can be aligned at a local level to individual deliveries to assist with the required transitional arrangements for those Delivery Units undergoing full structural revisions in 2021.
